Fast food tradition and growing sedentary way of living (TV and videogames) have contributed to the obesity epidemic among children. As community care companies, nurses come with an important role to learn in that contains this overweight problem from blowing in to an uncontrollable crisis. Rns can help at the begining of identification and effective supervision of weight problems. By a matched approach Rns can help schools implement physical training and nutritional teaching programs and help promote healthful lifestyle alterations. For this confident change to happen nurses is going to take a leadership role, which will would necessitate the development of advocacy skills, collaborative leadership and social marketing expertise.
