Deinstitutionalization refers to releasing a emotionally handicapped person from a great institution in whose main goal was to provide treatment in a community with all the intent of providing solutions through the community under the guidance of health-care professionals. There are some positive outcomes via deinstitutionalization craze for society but presently there have also had been a wide array of downsides limiting care provided to individuals.
