Many people are familiar with bullying in educational institutions and other places that children and young adults spend some time, but workplaces are becoming increasingly toxic places that bullies experience they can perturb and intimidate other workers (Barnes, 2012). Now that bullying problems possess begun to take place in the workplace therefore frequently, the problem is coming to mild and more should be done about it. A recent bullying situation took place inside my workplace, although I was not really the one becoming bullied. Unfortunately, the person on the receiving end of the intimidation is not good at standing for himself, so the girl gets teased quite a bit. The girl with overweight, which contributes to the jokes and giggles that happen about her. She actually is a very kind and good person, even though, and it is a shame the other staff fail to see that. All they see is definitely her size, and the fact that she is silent and timid seems to mean they can mistreatment and mistreat her mainly because she will certainly not say whatever back to all of them.

The situation has become having a severe impact on just how work gets done in our department, since we are constantly trying to go out of our approach to be wonderful to the woman. We know she is being teased and bothered, and we need to talk to her about it, nonetheless it is not a comfortable subject for debate.
