The competitive environment is definitely part of the rivals, the customers and the suppliers from the company. The macro environment includes the us government or rules and regulations, the demographics, economy, technology as well as the interpersonal values.

If the internal environment offers the organization with structure that strong it will be straightforward to remain competitive in the competitive environment. This is because each of the methods takes into account all the components that encompass the organization. The success of an organization and the ability to make the right decisions is based on the element of the macro environment.
