land. This individual struggles to advance from low income to a well respected wealthy man. Wang

Lungs figure portrays a mans unselfishness, perseverance, and commitment

towards his family and friends.

Wang Lungs patient and good nature toward his relatives and buddies

make him a well-liked person. During the drought Wang Lung feeds the family

associates first and leaves what little can be left for himself. Though it is hard

Wang Lung manages to survive the drought. This individual feeds the family small portions of

rice which are left over in the season. If the food works out plus the

furniture and equipment are sold, Wang Chest decides to produce a harsh decision.

He makes a decision to secure and move south.

There this individual hopes to discover food and money intended for

his friends and family. After a 95 mile teach ride, that they end up in the south. Wang Lung

can be delighted to find rice to get only anything. While Wang Lung uses the ricksha to

make money for grain, the family members eats and begins to get back strength. The moment all

Wang Lung did most he can to make his land

be a success. By doing this he made cash, and funds meant even more land.

Wang Lung puts all extra cash either back into the terrain or spends it to

benefit his children. In the event Wang Chest is going to buy new property he would like one of his

kids to become literate. He decides to send two of his boys to varsity so he can

have someone to go with him to the retailers to sell his goods. Wang lung would like

to have a college student in the relatives.

Furthermore to mailing them to college he makes

sure they are really dressed nice and well mannered. The children later grow approximately be

clever, kniving males. Though it might not work, Wang Lung tries his far better to get the

most out of his children.

No matter what situation Wang Lung is within, he ensures he stays

faithful to his loved ones. When O-Lan, his wife, wants to sell the young
