This year’s countrywide theme to get Catholic Colleges Week is usually “Catholic Universities: A+ to get America. ” The five years I have been at St . Dominic’s, I’ve experienced it is very different then a public school and is significantly better.

At St Dominic’s, we go to church every Friday. During Church on Fridays, the Mass is operate by the institution so each class consider turns offering and studying and staying the surprise bearers. We also have a Christmas play which can be run by the 8th class every year.

In addition we have a great religion class every day except on Friday’s and the priest will sometimes visit to school and read all of us a bible verse or two. To me, St . Dominic’s makes myself feel like My spouse and i am within a safe environment, to me it’s like a family. Here at St Dominic’s each of our teachers perform whatever they will to make us an A+ student. They care about happen to be grades therefore we can include higher targets and so we can live an improved Christian your life. So all of us do a large amount of projects and activity to assist us appreciate are are more effective.

Here at St Dominic’s we certainly have one of every grade since it is a small school and that we have small class sizes. So the good friends you satisfy in pre-school are the close friends you are going to graduate student with and possible more. One of the jobs we started a few years before at St Dominic College is recycling. The whole university gets included. Each year we all have a contest to see which class gathers the most taking and whomever wins gets a reward. Taking is something good for will be county and our country. Also for St .

Dominic’s, the sixth , 8th grade need to do service several hours for a faith grade. I think this has an excellent impact on the country all together because our company is making it possible to live in a less dangerous environment getting into the smallest things such as recycling and giving up are time for others in want. We also help out a round college like we tray the leaves in the fall season and help released salt in the winter. We work with the more youthful students assisting them figure out how to tie their particular shoes or sitting with them at church to show them the right way to behave during Mass.

Something more important that we perform as eighth graders in St . Dominic school can be we educate the 5th grade tips on how to serve during church. Considering that the 8th graders are the most ancient students, our company is asked to aid out a whole lot. Whenever someone needs some thing we are ever present to help them. So we have to take those biggest function in leading our college to a better community. When you keep St . Dominic you are on your own and i hope you always keep a Christian life. St Dominic has made me understand that I can perform whatever I would like to as long as My spouse and i put my mind to this.
