Purpose:
The purpose of this task is to get familiar you with job analysis techniques plus the use of the O*NET web page.
This task is directly tied to learning goals you, 3, and 5 pertaining to the training course.
Expectations:
You are expected to assess a job using one of the job evaluation techniques described in the book and/or spiel. You may work with your own personal experience with the job (either as a work incumbent or perhaps as a recipient of the output of this job) and/or material through the O*NET web page. As O*NET may have conducted work analysis in the job, I would recommend you make complete use of that resource but be sure to refer to O*NET appropriately if you do. Every student should work only. Use the worksheet that follows to complete the assignment. A scoring rubric can be found attached to the assignment in Blackboard. Once you have completed the project, submit the answers through the Blackboard project for that purpose.
