For these customers, an electric Rolls-Royce would be ideal” (qtd. In Squatriglia, similar. 5). The Rolls-Royce brand is identifiable with excellence; it is very good to know that they will be extending that excellence to a more socially and environmentally conscious plateau, instead of restng on the laurels of luxury that the brand has generated during the 100 years of it is existence.
This tradition of excellence is the main reason I want to work for Rolls-Royce. To become part of producing – and someday perhaps even designing – a perfectly planned machine, a car I have envied for such a long time, would be an exceptional experience. Their new car, the Phantom, is being built-in a brand new manufacturer in Western world Sussex (Schifsky, 3). I like that although the company was bought by German firm BMW, the cars are still getting manufactured in England. BMW’s decision to build our factory and the automobiles in England produces jobs below, and though the latest economic incidents might limit the revenue of extravagance cars, the creation of an electric automobile might help to offset the losses. Actually Rollls-Royce could possibly be filling a distinct segment in expensive electric cars, not many (if any) of which exist today. This could improve the profitability with the electric car and the Rolls-Royce brand substantially. Although the profit might be the reason the company provides decided to go frontward this, it will have a positive impact on the environment irrespective, and this is another reason I would really like to improve the company.
CEO Tom Purves also stresses other great things about the electric power car: “We stand for unmatched refinement therefore you can’t get yourself a quieter and fewer intrusive engine than a well-made electric motor” (qtd. In Squatriglia, similar. 6). This can be a smart gentleman, at the head of any smart organization. This is this individual ultimate cause Iwould like to work for Rolls-Royce – I really believe they are producing te right decisions with the product line, and i also believe they know how to sell off that product to the open public. This provides task security and job satisfaction. Security mainly because I believe the Rolls-Royce manufacturer will always possess a market and will remain profitable by looking into making the right decisions. Satisfaction since I will understand I’m part of a job congratulations and an auto well made.
